Our mould remediation work is guaranteed to meet hygienist standards. We legally cannot guarantee the mould will not return as it is dependant on outside influences (e.g. Humidity that is greater than 60%) and therefore is forever a changing environment. If any concerns arise shortly after our work has been completed, we are available to return and rectify at the earliest convenience.

Please note that Big Red Carpet Cleaning will not be held liable if any thirdparty removes the chemicals or replaces with their own to any of the treated surface areas which as a result removes our product.
